Mental Health and Wellbeing

At Meopham School we believe the mental health and wellbeing of our students and staff is of paramount importance. We have our own school counsellor, who works with students and staff. Our wellbeing room is available for students to use when they need to. In our Personal Development lessons we also practice mindfulness to help support student wellbeing.

Alongside our strategies in school, we also work with a range of outside agencies. Below are some support organisations that students or parents and carers can access to support improved mental health and wellbeing.
